Water…are you getting enough to drink?

The standard response I hear seems to be “8 glasses a day”.

Doesn’t it seem logical that people come in all different shapes and sizes, shouldn’t their corresponding water requirement be related?

Try this…

Your weight, divided by 2 = the number of ounces of water one should have everyday to support basic body function.

140 lb female / 2 = 70 ounces of water per day

I start off the morning drinking about 24 ounces of water but then the rest of the day I don’t maintain that pace and usually end up only drinking about 40-50 ounces….and I thought I was doing well! Now I realize I need to drink even more. But it know for sure that starting my day w/the 24 oz before I leave the house has helped me feel better right off the bat each day. Thanks Kim for always helping teach us all the right choices to make!!!
